The Greater Toronto Area sits at the heart of this story — a fast-growing, economically diverse region where housing demand consistently outpaces supply.

NN City Development focuses on that intersection of population growth, housing need, and long-term value. We think about where the city is heading, how underused land and aging spaces can become thriving communities, and how development can be done in a way that is sustainable, transit-connected, and genuinely good for the people who live there.
